After-sale Service

You can apply for return if you meet the following conditions:
√ within 7 natural days after the customer receives the goods, the outer packaging, accessories, gifts and instructions of the products are complete, without any man-made damage, are not activated for use, and do not affect the secondary sales;
√ within 7 natural days after the customer receives the goods, it is found that the product has non-human damage performance failure.

Replacement can be required if one of the following conditions is met:
√ the customer finds that the product is damaged during transportation within 15 natural days after receiving the goods, and can provide the goods damage certificate provided by the transportation company;
√ within 7natural days after receiving the goods, the customer finds that the product is seriously inconsistent with the original product description in one or more important aspects;
√ within 7 natural days after the customer receives the goods, it is found that the product has non-human damage performance failure.
You can apply for warranty service if you meet the following conditions:
√ the self purchased products are normally used within the specified product warranty period and have non-human performance faults;
√ provide valid purchase certificate, document and order number.
